Ingredients

1 400g tin of tomatoes

1 small onion (raw)

100g tinned tuna in brine (drained)

1 hard boiled egg

5 pitted black olives

Pink Himalayan salt (to taste)

Black pepper (to taste)

Method

Chop tomatoes, finely dice onion and cut egg into eighths.

Stir tomatoes, tuna and onion in together.

Add olives, eggs and seasoning.

Optional extras

Roasted red peppers (tinned)

Oregano/basil.
